Real estate photography in New Braunfels, San Antonio, and San Marcos

Listing photography that makes a property feel clear, inviting, and ready to sell — for agents and owners in New Braunfels, San Antonio, San Marcos, and nearby Comal County.

What we shoot

  • Interior and exterior stills prepared for MLS and marketing channels
  • Aerial stills when the lot, roof, water, or neighborhood context matters
  • Twilight exteriors when the brief calls for them
  • 360 / virtual tours when they are still the right fit for the property
  • Combined ground + aerial sets for acreage and distinctive sites

If the job is a same-hour “can you just swing by” with no access plan, or a request we cannot deliver cleanly, we will say no.

What a listing set should include

The first five frames judge the listing. A useful set shows how the home lives: arrival, main living spaces, kitchen, primary suite, and the outdoor story. Luxury and $1M+ homes in Comal County and San Antonio usually need more than a quick walkthrough — see our $1M+ listing set guide.

Use our prep guide before the shoot. See the drone photography page for aerial work and browse the gallery for examples.

Ground first. Aerial when it earns its place.

Most listings are won at eye level. Aerial is in the brief when the lot or setting is part of the sale — not as a default add-on. Every flight is under a current FAA Part 107 remote pilot.

Turnaround and delivery

You get edited, color-consistent stills on the date we put in writing — typically fast enough for an active listing when access is clean. Rush same-week large sets are a different scope.

Service area

We serve New Braunfels, San Antonio, and San Marcos day to day. Projects more than about 50 miles outside New Braunfels need review and may include travel adjustments.

Frequently asked questions

What should a listing photo set include for a $1M+ home?

Enough frames to show arrival, flow, key rooms, and outdoor context without dumping every angle. Luxury buyers decide fast from the first scroll — see our $1M+ listing set guide for the checklist we use.

How do I prep a property for aerial and ground photography?

Lights on, beds made, counters clear, cars staged or moved, and yard clutter gone. Tell us about pets, lockboxes, and HOA rules. Five minutes of prep shows in the photos.

How fast can photos be delivered for an active listing?

Most standard stills deliver on the written schedule after a clean shoot — often within a few business days. Video, twilight, or weather delays change that.

When should a listing add drone or aerial?

When lot size, water, views, roof condition, or neighborhood setting matter in marketing. Many interiors-first homes do fine with a strong ground set. We will say which side you are on.

Do you shoot interiors, exteriors, and twilight in one visit?

Often yes when timing and light allow. Twilight may need a return window; we scope that in the project review.

Are 360 tours still worth it?

For some property types and buyers, yes. For others, a tight stills set (and optional aerial) performs better. We recommend based on the property, not a package name.

Do you serve New Braunfels, San Antonio, and San Marcos on normal turnaround?

Yes for day-to-day work in those metros. Farther jobs need review.
