Let us provide a one-stop-solution to all of your photography related marketing tools for your latest listing! From drone photos, orbit videos, interior virtual staging, and MLS ready photos, we can handle making your selling experience as easy as possible.

The following prices assume a building between 500 and 2000 square feet on a lot 1 acre or smaller in the San Antonio or Austin metro areas, and are offered here as a starting point.

  • Drone photography – $175 for 15 useable photos – only $100 when added to an interior photo package
  • Ground (interior and exterior) photography – $175 for 15 photographs
  • 360 degree self-guided tours – $150 when added to a photo or drone package for a room-by-room customer controllable tour (assuming a 2 BR home. Additional rooms are $17 per room- Sample HERE
  • Virtual staging – $30 per room that you want virtually staged (virtual staging services require that SDS provides the interior photography).
  • ‘Golden Hour’ or twilight photos can be added to any plan above for an additional $150.00

Please let us know if you need anything such as cinematic video, is Zillow video, a property website, or a custom URL. We can take care of those things as well.

After the photography is complete and a style category is selected—such as Contemporary, Glam, or Farmhouse—virtually staged rooms will be finished within 24 to 48 hours.
