The following prices assume a building between 500 and 2000 square feet on a lot 1 acre or smaller in Napa/Solano/Sonoma counties, and are offered here as a starting point.
- Drone photography – $200 for 1 to 5 useable photos
- Ground (interior and exterior) photography – $150 for 20 photographs
- 360 degree self-guided tours – $400 for a room-by-room customer controllable tour – Sample HERE
- Virtual staging – $30 per room that you want virtually staged (virtual staging services require that SDS provides the interior photography).

Once the photography is done, and the style category is chosen (Contemporary, Glam, Farmhouse, Scandinavian, Modern, Traditional, Industrial, or Coastal) virtually staged rooms are completed in 24 to 48 hours.
