Stills vs video
Aerial stills and video are a different deliverable: timing, edit, music/titles only when written into the job, and often a tighter set of shots. We will tell you when stills are enough and when a short aerial film earns the spend.

Licensed flight
Commercial aerial video requires Part 107. We check San Antonio Class B and other restrictions before we commit to a flyable video scope.

Does adding aerial video help a listing?
It can when the lot, water, or setting is part of the sale — especially for social and agent marketing. Many interiors-first homes still win with a strong stills set. We will say which side you are on.
What’s the difference between a drone photo set and an aerial video package?
Photos freeze the best angles. Video shows approach, scale, and flow. They solve different problems and are scoped separately (see drone photography).
Can you combine ground walkthrough + aerial b-roll?
Yes when access and light allow. That is a combined scope in the project review — not an automatic add-on.
What length and formats do agents usually need?
Most listing films we deliver are short masters suitable for web and social. MLS rules vary by board — tell us where it will run and we tailor the cut.
Are there airspace or twilight limits that affect aerial video in San Antonio?
Yes. Class B, military airspace, weather, and twilight change what is legal and wise. We check before we commit.
Do you edit music and titles?
When written into the job. Otherwise we deliver a clean edit without assuming stock music or heavy graphics.
Can aerial video be used for events as well as listings?
Select engagements and private events when the site is flyable and the air shot matters. Ground coverage still leads; see the Events page.
