The event is not the product. The files are.
This is what a typical engagement session or private event includes when we take the work. If the day is larger — a gala, a multi-location proposal, a family celebration with a program we scope it before we book it.
Stills
A finished gallery, edited and color-consistent, delivered in a private online gallery and as a download. Expect a tight set of the best frames, not every shutter click. You should be able to send the gallery to family or to a planner without sorting it first.
We shoot ground first. Aerial is only in the set when the location is legal to fly, the couple or host wants it, and the picture is actually better from the air. A proposal on a crowded rooftop or a private ranch at last light are different problems. We will say which one we are shooting.
Film
When video is part of the job, the master deliverable is a short film — usually one to three minutes — not a dump of clips. You also get the selects if we agreed to them in advance. Vertical cuts for phones are extra unless they were in the brief.
Audio is planned. Wind on a ridge will ruin a vow or a speech if we do not account for it. Tell us what must be heard.
Timing
Engagement sessions are usually a single planned block at one location. Private events follow the run of show: arrival, the moment that matters, and the time around it.
We do not cover fourteen hours by default. If you need the whole day, that is a different booking.
What we need from you before the date
- Location and backup if weather moves us
- Who is in front of the camera and who is not
- Whether the moment is a surprise
- Any family or planner who will be in the way of the frame
- Whether aerial is requested and whether the site will allow it
- Where the files should go and who is allowed to see them
What is not included unless we write it down
- Same-week delivery on a large gallery
- A second shooter
- Raw files as the primary deliverable
- Live drone streaming to a guest’s phone
- Use of the work in a way that identifies other guests without a conversation
Licensed and insured still applies
If we fly, it is Part 107, registered aircraft, liability on the job. Surprise engagements in public parks and crowded venues are often ground-only. We will not take an illegal or unsafe flight to get “the drone shot.”

Request a project review. Send the date, the place, whether it is an engagement or a private event, and whether you want stills, a short film, or both. We review for fit and reply with what we would actually deliver — not a package name.
