Event photography for days that have to hold up later

Engagements, private celebrations, and high-end gatherings in San Antonio, New Braunfels, and the Hill Country — from the ground, and from the air when the place and the law allow it.

What we shoot

We take a limited number of events. The work is planned around the day, not around a package name.

• Surprise and planned engagements
• Private dinners, galas, and hosted celebrations
• Family and milestone gatherings where the pictures matter as much as the program
• Select weddings and receptions when the scope fits

If the job is a last-minute party, a single posed still, or a crowded public park that cannot be flown or controlled, we will say no.

Ground first. Aerial only when it earns its place.

Most of the set is made at eye level: the arrival, the people in the room, the moment you actually hired us for.

Aerial is in the brief only when three things are true: the site is legal to fly, the host wants it, and the frame is better from the air than from the terrace. A ranch at last light is a different problem than a rooftop downtown. We will tell you which one we are shooting before the date.

Every flight is under a current FAA Part 107 remote pilot, with the aircraft registered and liability on the job.

How the day runs

You send the date, the place, who is in front of the camera, and whether the moment is a surprise. We reply with a scope: stills only, stills plus a short film, ground only, or ground and air.

On site we work to the run of show — not fourteen hours by default. We cover the window that matters: arrival, the proposal or toast, the time around it. If you need the whole day, that is a different booking and we will price it that way.

We need a clear place to stand, a person who knows the timeline, and honesty about who should not be in the frame.

What you receive

The event is not the product. The files are.

• A finished stills gallery, edited and color-consistent, in a private online gallery and as a download
• A tight set of the best frames — not every shutter click
• When video is in the job: a short film, usually one to three minutes, as the master. Vertical cuts for phones only if we agreed to them
• Delivery on the date we put in writing

You should be able to send the gallery to family or a planner without sorting it first.

What is not included unless we write it down

• Same-week delivery on a large gallery.
• A second shooter.
• Raw files as the primary deliverable.
• Live drone streaming to a guest’s phone.
• Use of the work in a way that identifies other guests without a conversation.

Service area

We serve New Braunfels, San Antonio and San Marcos on a day-to-day basis. Projects greater than 50 miles outside New Braunfels will need specific review and pricing adjustments.
